Hong Kong Swimming Coaches Association – Objectives:

(i) To help provide the necessary leadership and education in the field of　swimming in co-operation with other interested organizations in Hong Kong;

(ii) To foster co-operation between all coaches both amateur and professional and develop a code of ethics by which they should practice;

(iii) To improve swimming coaching standards;

(iv) To improve with and support the Hong Kong China Swimming Association and to co-operate closely with all organizations whose aims and objectives this Association supports;

(v) To encourage those responsible for the building of swimming pools to consult with the Association with regard to the design and programming of the facilities;

(vi) To publicize the work of the Association and to promote the prestige of swimming coaches, and to strive and safeguard their rights and interest;

(vii) To liaise with International Swimming Coaches Association and promote an exchange of ideas.

香港游泳教練會 - 成立宗旨:

（一）與香港其他有關機構共同合作在游泳運動領域提供必要的領導和教育；

（二）促進所有專業和業餘游泳教練之間的合作，並制定專業守則，供教練參考及遵守；

（三）提高游泳教練水準；

（四）配合及支持中國香港游泳總會，並與所有與本會宗旨和目標相同的組織/圑體緊密合作；

（五）鼓勵負責建造游泳池的各方就游泳池設計､設施､規劃和管理與本會協商；

（六）宣傳本會的工作，提高游泳教練的專業型像和地位，並為爭取合理權益；

（七）與國際游泳教練協會聯繫，促進互相合作及交流。
